1. How will I receive my files?
All of our products are digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you’ll see a download link on the checkout page, and you’ll also receive an email with your files.
2. When will I get my download?
Delivery is instant. In some rare cases, it may take a few minutes to process.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Do you ship physical products?
No — all items from Cropatio are digital only. Nothing physical will be shipped.
4. What if I don’t receive my download?
If you haven’t received your file within 1 hour, please contact us at contact@cropatio.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your files as soon as possible.
5. Can I get a refund?
Since all our products are digital, all sales are final.

6. Can I share or resell your patterns?
No. All patterns and files are for personal use only.
Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our digital patterns in any form is strictly prohibited.
7. What if I purchased the wrong item?
If you contact us before downloading the file, we may be able to exchange it for the correct one.
Once a file has been downloaded, the sale becomes final.
8. What software do I need?
Most of our crochet patterns are delivered in PDF format, which can be opened on any computer, tablet, or phone.
