Refund Policy
At Cropatio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that because our products are digital files, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed and your files have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products cannot be returned in the same way physical items can. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used” and cannot be resold.
For this reason, Cropatio maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Exceptions
We understand that technical issues can sometimes occur. We will gladly replace or resend your files in the following situations:

You purchased the wrong item by mistake before downloading it – please contact us immediately.

The file you received is corrupted or inaccessible.

You did not receive the download link after purchase (please check your spam/junk folder first).
If any of these issues apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@cropatio.com with your order number and details. We’ll ensure you receive the correct files as quickly as possible.
Responsibility of the Buyer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct software and device to open and use the digital files. Cropatio is not responsible if your device or software cannot open the provided file format.
