Refund Policy

At PatternsApothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that because our products are digital files, all sales are final. Once your payment has been processed and the file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Why No Refunds?

Digital products cannot be returned the way physical items can. Once the file has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered “used” and cannot be resold. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Exceptions

We understand that issues may sometimes occur. We will gladly replace or resend your files in the following situations:

  • You purchased the wrong item by mistake before downloading it – please contact us immediately.

  • The file you receive is corrupted or you cannot access it.

  • You did not receive the download link after purchase (check your spam/junk folder first).

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@patternapothecary.shop with your order number and details. We’ll ensure you get the correct files as quickly as possible.

Responsibility of the Buyer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate software and tools to open and use the digital files. We are not responsible if your device or software cannot open the file format provided.
