What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Files

If you still have not received your download within 1 hour, contact us at contact@patternapothecary.shop with your order number, and we will resend your files.
No Physical Shipping
Because all products are digital, we do not charge for shipping and do not provide tracking numbers.
