At Cropatio, all of our products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link directly on the checkout page and/or by email.

Files are delivered in PDF, ZIP, or other digital formats, depending on the product.
Delivery is typically instant, but in rare cases, it may take a few minutes.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Files

If you don’t see the download email:

1. Please check your spam or junk folder.

2. If you still haven’t received your files within 1 hour, contact us at contact@cropatio.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download link right away.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, there are:

• No shipping charges

• No tracking numbers

• No physical deliveries

Technical Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct software or device to open and use the digital files.
