At PatternsApothecary, all of our products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Delivery

• Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link on the checkout page and/or by email.

• Files are delivered in PDF, ZIP, or other digital formats depending on the product.

• Delivery is typically instant, but in rare cases, it may take a few minutes.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Files

• Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email.

• If you still have not received your download within 1 hour, contact us at contact@patternapothecary.shop with your order number, and we will resend your files.

No Physical Shipping

Because all products are digital, we do not charge for shipping and do not provide tracking numbers.

Technical Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper software and device to open and use the digital files.
